Visiting Assaggia Via Margutta with my American friend !

Just a few months ago the  wonderful project of a restaurant called Assaggia became real! amazing  italian tapas based on traditional Grandma’s recipes served in monoportions in a five star Boutique Hotel Margutta 19 .

An experience,  idea of a great team where michelin star chef Angelo Troiani trained young chef Daniele Ciaccio and once again expresses the belief for which he is well know : the research for authentic raw ingredients , and it all shows !!!!!!!
